Step into the world of Bas Bakt, where passion for bread and craftsmanship rises to great heights. A place where bread is really bread. You eat our sourdough bread as it is healthy and good for your body: with a rising time of at least 24 hours and without baker's yeast. A mixture of special seeds adds a delicious taste to our multi-seed bread.
We have to be very upfront and honest about one thing: we also love gluten, sugar and butter. In our pastry shop you will find many tasty treats, from sweet to savory. All prepared with lots of love and a big passion for baking. We are happy to serve you our coffee and sandwiches at our cozy (long) tables or on our sunny terrace.
We have our own very special coffee blend: a mixture between Ethiopian and Rwandan beans. A blend within which our coffee roaster has managed to mix two high quality beans into a new superb taste. One we would love to have you taste so come by and experience it yourself! Of course with one of our homemade coffee biscuits.
